David Daugherty
David Daugherty is the CEO and founder of Korcett Holdings, Inc. He is a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years experience within the semiconductor and IT industries. Over the years David has developed and applied very successful solution selling programs for companies like Norstan Communications, ADVA Optical Networks, Time Warner Cable, Dell Computers and others. More recently David has been applying solution selling concepts to drive standardization of broadband solutions. These solutions have resulted in significant reductions in operating costs for ISPs and more stable occupancy for commercial real-estate developers. A recognized industry author and spokesperson, David was recently recognized by Broadband Properties Magazine as one of the "Top 20 Vendor and Technical Enablers in the Multifamily Market." David also serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Central Texas. David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech.
Chris Bowman
Chris Bowman is the CTO and co-founder of KHI. Chris heads the engineering effort and is also a key technical contributors. With more than 10 years of first-hand experience as a network and support engineer with Time Warner Cable, Chris brings a unique edge to Korcett solutions. Chris began his networking career as a support engineer in the world of DOCSIS and CMTS equipment. More recently, Chris has played a key role in the design, deployment and support of bundled communication solutions for TWC. A natural "out-of-the-box" thinker, Chris approaches network design from a user-oriented perspective and adds unique perspective to the engineering team.
Eric Hansen
Eric handles operations and finance for KHI and brings over 18 years of a varied entrepreneurial background to the management team. Eric began his career in commercial banking and operations. He has founded and operated several businesses including a chain of Wal-Mart pharmacies, and a chain of franchised pizza delivery units. His entrepreneurial background also includes a heavy component of residential and commercial real estate development and brokerage. In his spare time Eric is an avid hunter and fisherman and a long standing member of the Austin Rotary. Eric graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance.
Lisa Cortes
Lisa Cortes handles the sales and marketing for KHI. Lisa came to KHI by way of AT&T, where she spent 10 years in Sales and Operations. During that time, her efforts were focused on negotiating exclusive marketing agreements with single and multi-family property owners, builders and developers in the quest to bring new technology to their communities. Prior to that, Lisa spent five years in the cable industry, also catering to the MDU world, and performing such activities as door-to-door sales to contract negotiations. In 2006, she was named in the Top 20 Vendor & Technical Enablers List for Broadband Properties Magazine. Lisa has more than 15 years of valuable business-to-business, sales and operations experience in the telecommunications industry. Relationship building and solution selling are her key priorities for success.
Frank Sheiness
Frank is a co-founder and chief systems administrator for KHI. A versatile member of the engineering team, Frank has made significant contributions as a programmer, systems architect and support specialist. His support experience extends from end-user technical support to "five nines" availability of critical services. Prior to KHI, Frank served in a variety of technical development roles at IBM, Motorola, and Time Warner. His range of work has given him important insight into the problems and solutions at all levels of information technology.
Karen Daugherty
Karen is a co-founder and co-ordinates legal affairs for KHI. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Valparaiso University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University Of Texas School Of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Texas.
