Henry Williams Pye

Henry serves as the Vice President of Resident Technology Solutions for the RealPage. Resident Technology encompasses the business, legal, and technical aspects of voice, video, and data services, bulk services, unit, amenity area and building access control, unit and amenity area audio-video and lifestyle technologies, and other community low voltage amenities and systems. Resident Technology Solutions support multifamily developments, acquisitions, and existing communities for dozens of developers, builders, managers and owners. Since 2001, they have managed resident services and technology for hundreds of communities in 34 States, the District of Columbia, and Canada. Resident Technology Solutions also coordinates efforts with regard to sustainable and high performance design including LEED certification, energy management and advanced utility submetering.

Prior to joining RealPage, Henry led JPI Resident Solutions team providing expertise and advice internally to JPI and to third party multifamily owners. Henry was a Management Trainee at JPI from 1998 to 2001. As a management trainee, he worked in JPI?s Market Research, Luxury Multifamily Development, Student Living Development, Student Living Acquisitions, Project Finance, and Information Services departments.

Henry has also assisted with the introduction of various new services and technologies by Multiple System Operators, Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers, Private Communications Operators, and Original Equipment Manufacturers to the multifamily industry. In 2002 and 2006, Broadband Properties Magazine included Henry in their quadrennial listing of the Most Influential People in Real Estate & Technology. He is also a mentor and associate board member for the SMU Cox School of Business.

Anthony Campbell

Anthony has played a key role as business advisor and primary IP counsel. With more than 18 years of engineering and legal experience, Anthony is a solo practitioner specializing in patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, transactions and technology development agreements. Anthony has served as virtual general counsel for eight different corporations, and as a member of the board of directors for three corporations. His credentials include a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.

Richard Kooris

After teaching in the UT Film program for a number of years, Richard moved into the professional Texas film and video scene and established himself as a skillful and well respected director/ cameraman in commercials, music videos and long form entertainment. His entertainment credits include documentary work with Bill Moyers, Disney TV specials, PBS educational work, award-winning children's music shows and theatrical features such as "Texas Chainsaw Massacre II" and "Drop Dead Sexy" (DP).

Richard is an owner of 501 Post and GEAR, two of the premier professional facilities in the state. Richard's experience spans the evolution of media in Texas from 16mm film to High Def digital video and he has built facilities for and worked in all forms of visual media. His extensive background in film, video and facilities design and operation makes him a uniquely qualified resource for all phases of production and post.

Richard has also developed 501 Studios, a unique creative community centered on the media arts. The community occupies 75,000 sq. ft. of historical warehouse space in downtown Austin and provides a variety of state of the art technological resources for its 50 tenant companies. Richard has been instrumental in the design and implementation of the technology in the community and is currently applying his technical and entrepreneurial expertise and experience as an advisor to a number of communications technology companies.
