Korcett Holdings is a Managed Services provider. Our services are based on the concept of "economy of knowledge." In other words, the more people we have using the system, the more stable and valuable it becomes. KHI managed services utilize network appliances called Korcetts installed in networks all over the United States, collecting information on network behavior in real time.

As users discover new and ever-creative ways of causing problems, Korcett network monitoring informs the KHI support team, who fixes the problems. Once a problem is identified and corrected, new "usage management information" is propagated through the system of installed Korcetts as a proactive means of maintaining network stability.

We will work with property developers and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to design and support a wide range of standard service solutions. This allows developers to get exactly the same service offering in geographically diverse markets. KHI currently partners with a number of different ISPs including Time Warner Cable (www.hispeedup.com), Suddenlink Communications (www.rateshaper.com), Cox Communications (www.demandrate.com), Comcast and Charter.

Usage management information has value because it embodies the collective wisdom of a growing problem resolution knowledge base. It provides a proactive means of ensuring network health and stability. The larger the installed base becomes, the lower the statistical probability of any customer experiencing a new and/or unique problem. In a sense we have a growing base of users working 24 x 7, 365 days a year to improve the service. Rather than endlessly putting out the same fires every day, we leverage our users' collective experience to stabilize and improve the network — a powerful and compelling differentiator.
